The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.

Customer is delivering change with the ServiceNow product through the Agile Methodology process and will be using ServiceNow Demand Management, Agile Development, Release / Change to manage the Change.

Role Type: Perm

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Day £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

Location: hybrid (60% remote) - offices in London, Bristol, York or Norwich

Tasks Description:

  • Work with the Demand Manager to break requirements down into user stories suitable for iterative, incremental development.
  • Create roadmaps based on approved demands and monitor progress against plans.
  • Provide key communications and reporting based on progress.
  • Act as an interface between Development teams and the wider business, working with various boards (e.g., Demand Board, Technical Governance Board) to ensure designs and stories meet platform and governance standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, engaging with both permanent staff and external partners.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow, with an understanding of the Now Platform capabilities.
  • Experience with IT modules including Sourcing & Procurement, Accounts Payable, HRSD, and Financial Service Operations (FSO).
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevOps methodologies, and awareness of ITILv3 Framework.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party software partners.
  • Strong engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, with enthusiasm for motivating and aligning stakeholders.
