ServiceNow Architect

A client of mine is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Architect.

The client is in the Telco sector, and strong prior Telco sector experience is a necessity.

This is a long term project, on a 6 month rolling contract.

The work will be hybrid, with 50% of days onsite between 3 sites – Reading / Newbury / Central London.

The role is OUTSIDE IR35, paying £400/day.

Experience:

1. ServiceNow ITSM module
2. ServiceNow CMDB module
3. Ops Management
4. Understanding of ITIL concepts
5. Understanding of agile based approach to software development
6. System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
7. Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement and support of latest ServiceNow platform.
8. Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of ServiceNow.
9. Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a client’s ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.
10. Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.
