Are you a skilled IT professional with expertise in Windows enterprise administration, troubleshooting, and modern workplace technologies? We’re looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations across a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows enterprise environments.
- Administer and optimize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Intune for device and application management.
- Ensure efficient operation of hybrid infrastructure, integrating on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to improve workplace technology and enhance user experience.
- Monitor and manage security policies to maintain compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in Windows enterprise administration and troubleshooting. ✅ Strong expertise with SCCM and Intune. ✅ Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud integration). ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. ✅ Strong communication skills for engaging with end-users and technical teams.
