We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global consultancy for an SAP Trainer. This is a hands-on consulting role delivering SAP training across large-scale business transformation programmes. You will design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training materials, engage with stakeholders, and ensure the successful adoption of new systems. The role is based in London, with regular travel to client sites across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver SAP end-user training across transformation programmes
  • Design, validate, and maintain comprehensive training curricula
  • Develop training materials, including eLearning modules, presentations, exercises, SAP Enable Now simulations, and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)
  • Prepare and conduct system demonstrations and manage training environment data
  • Deliver classroom and virtual training, mop-up sessions, and post-go-live support
  • Track learner attendance and evaluation metrics, providing insights on training effectiveness
  • Engage with stakeholders to build confidence and adoption in SAP solutions

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience delivering SAP end-user training across large transformation programmes
  • Proven capability in training design, development, and delivery
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

SAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge in at least two of the following modules:

  • Quality Management (QM)
  • Design Engineering
  • Finance

Technical Requirements:

  • SAP Enable Now experience (simulation and QRG creation essential)
  • S/4HANA environment experience
  • Comfortable using SaaS platforms for content management and learning delivery
