Overview

Experienced SAP Support Lead required to establish and lead a support function following a major SAP implementation. You’ll manage hypercare, stabilise the platform, and transition into BAU support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up SAP support model, processes, and SLAs
  • Lead and manage hypercare phase
  • Triage and resolve incidents across functional/technical teams
  • Transition support into BAU operations
  • Manage third-party vendors and stakeholders
  • Implement reporting, governance, and continuous improvement

Key Experience

  • Proven SAP Support/Service Lead experience
  • Strong background in hypercare and support setup
  • Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA, Finance, HR, Procurement)
  • ITIL-aligned service management experience
  • Public sector experience desirable
