Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Implementation Programmes Finance Lead
Salary: Circa £70,000 (DOE)
Location: Hertfordshire(Hybrid working, 2-3 days on-site)

Join a leading defence organisation and play a key role in transforming Programmes Finance through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. As the Finance Lead, you will work with cross-functional teams to shape and harmonise finance processes across the UK and the wider group. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and integration of cutting-edge financial systems that will drive efficiency and innovation for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UK Programmes Finance through the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Work with systems integrators to ensure business requirements are met.
- Coordinate testing, address defects, and support the development of a “Golden Data Set.”
- Serve as the primary contact for UK Programmes Finance within the project, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Present progress and decisions to senior management.
- Integrate with new Programmes Finance Planning Tool (BPC).
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of long-term contract finance processes in SAP.
- Experience in Programmes Finance and pre-contract processes.
- Comfortable driving change and making key decisions.
- Proactive in an international environment.
