SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant – Birmingham – Aerospace An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global engineering and manufacturing business at the forefront of innovation in the aerospace sector. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, the organisation operates across multiple international sites and is undergoing a major digital transformation programme. Key Responsibilities Deliver business-as-usual support for SAP MM/WM modules and lead rollout activities across multiple sites Implement and optimise SAP template solutions based on defined business requirements Act as the main point of contact for procurement, inventory, and warehouse management within SAP Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions to define and document solution specifications Configure SAP systems and ensure functional design meets business needs Create and maintain user documentation and deliver end-user training Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and external partners to manage change requests and deliver enhancements Support integration with other SAP modules, including Production Planning (PP) and Procurement Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM/WM (ECC and/or S/4HANA) Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation projects Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and warehouse management processes Proven experience in SAP solution design, configuration, and testing Understanding of SAP master data management and module integration (e.g. PP, IM) Ability to influence and engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver under minimal supervision Experience mentoring junior team members is an advantage Key Competencies Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities Adaptable and resilient in changing environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Familiarity with SAP queries and reporting tools Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify optimisation opportunities Candidates must be willing to be onsite in the Midlands or North London 4 days per week, this role does not offer Visa Sponsorship.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
