Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Functional Lead to lead the functional delivery of Master Data Governance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the functional design, configuration and implementation of SAP MDG solutions.

Manage business requirements gathering, solution design and functional specifications.

Oversee master data governance processes, workflows, data quality and validation rules.

Coordinate functional consultants and collaborate with technical development teams.

Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and stakeholder management.

Drive best practices across master data governance and ensure alignment with the wider SAP landscape.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience leading SAP MDG functional workstreams.

Proven expertise in SAP MDG configuration, data modelling and governance processes.

Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating functional delivery teams.

Strong understanding of SAP master data processes and integration.
