My client with offices in the South West of England are assembling a team of SAP eWM consultants for new implementation of SAP EWM TM GTS on S/4 HANA. You will be responsible for the realization of challenging SAP rollout and projects as part of our Global SAP team and will play a significant role configuring and implementing EWM on S/4 HANA (decentral EWM on S/4 HANA).
You will customize and configure SAP EWM solutions in collaboration with the process experts from the business team and implement these using defined methodologies (i.e. data migration, key user training, testing, and go-live). You will support all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions as well as documentation and end-user training.
Strong understanding of transportation management processes and its integration with the end-to-end purchase, stock transfer, and sales processes. 8-10 years previous experience working across a range of SAP EWM implementations, upgrade, and migration projects. Participated in “Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support” phases of at least 2 SAP TM implementations.
Experience in preparing and leading business workshops to understand business processes & requirements. Hands-on experience on SAP EWM configuration and RICEFWs functional design. Hands-on experience on multiple SAP TM areas (e.g.: master data, order management, planning, execution, transportation charges calculation, and settlement). Expertise in the integration of EWM with other modules TM, GTS, etc.
Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO (reading/debugging) would be nice to have. Problem-solving skills demonstrate deep understanding of customer expectations and end-user needs, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Readiness to travel up to 20%.
