We are seeking an experienced SAP PM / EAM Consultant to support complex manufacturing and engineering transformation programmes. The role will focus on delivering SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions aligned to S/4HANA, ensuring integration across logistics, asset management, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of SAP PM/EAM solutions across engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Facilitate fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops for PM and EAM processes.
- Configure and optimise SAP PM processes, including inspections, quality notifications, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure integration of PM/EAM with PEO, QM, MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Support full lifecycle delivery, including design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
- Drive UAT support, defect resolution, and process optimisation.
- Provide stakeholder engagement, training, and change support.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in SAP PM / EAM or similar manufacturing solutions.
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, defense, or engineering).
- Delivery experience in full lifecycle delivery, including testing and deployment.
- Experience as both a team lead/senior role and as a technical/delivery role in a team is required.
Desirable Skills
- Experience integrating to other SAP manufacturing modules.
- Exposure to global rollouts and template-based delivery leveraging SAP (or other) accelerators through all phases.
- Knowledge of DevOps or Agile delivery models.
- Experience with data migration, test management, and integration testing.
