About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Cloud ALM solutions to help streamline application lifecycle management processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration, effective monitoring, and efficient use of SAP Cloud ALM tools in various project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design tailored ALM processes.
- Provide guidance on best practices for using SAP Cloud ALM in project and operations management.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Cloud ALM tools.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support related to SAP Cloud ALM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP Cloud ALM or other SAP ALM tools.
