Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Transformation Lead to lead the Target Operating Model (TOM) workstream for a major transformation programme with a retail client in Spain. The successful candidate will define the future-state operating model, aligning business processes, organisational structures, roles and responsibilities with the client's strategic objectives and SAP transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Target Operating Model workstream, defining the future-state business operating model.
- Assess current-state processes, organisational structures and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Align business processes and operating structures with the future SAP solution and transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams and programme leadership to ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Define governance structures, roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes and performance measures.
- Manage TOM deliverables, stakeholder engagement, risks and dependencies.
- Support business readiness and the transition to the future operating model.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading business transformation or TOM workstreams on large-scale SAP or ERP programmes.
- Strong understanding of operating model design, business process transformation and organisational change.
- Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability to start ASAP and work on a hybrid basis in Spain.
