SAP BTP Developer – Contract (Outside IR35)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Developerfor a 6-month contract engagement within the financial services sector on an S/4HANA Public Cloud project. This role focuses on the development and implementation of cloud-based statutory reporting solutions, leveraging SAP BTP to ensure compliance with global tax and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including CAP, Node.js/Java, and SAP Fiori/UI5.

Implement and support SAP DRC for statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g., e-invoicing, VAT returns, SAF-T).

Integrate SAP DRC with S/4HANA or ECC systems for real-time compliance reporting.

Collaborate with tax, finance, and compliance teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions across jurisdictions.

Support configuration, testing, and deployment of DRC content for country-specific requirements.

Ensure solutions meet internal standards for security, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with SAP BTP development, including CAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and HANA Cloud.

Hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), including setup, configuration, and localization.

Strong understanding of statutory reporting formats and processes (e.g., e-invoicing, SAF-T, VAT).

Experience working in highly regulated environments such as financial services.

Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and backend integration (S/4HANA or ECC).
