Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Functional Consultants – Contract
Inside IR35 – Long-Term Contract
We are recruiting for two Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant positions as part of a long-term Oracle programme:
- Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
- Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant
Both positions are remote contract roles operating inside IR35. Successful candidates will be required to undergo Security Clearance, so eligibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Configure Oracle Fusion solutions in line with business processes.
- Support workshops, testing, training and deployment activities.
- Assist with issue resolution and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams and other functional workstreams.
- Proven Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation experience.
- Strong functional configuration knowledge within the relevant Oracle module.
- Experience working across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.
