Next Ventures is hiring Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultants for the Next Step Academy, starting 13 October 2025. This is a sales role with significant phone time, focused on technology recruitment across the European and US markets. Next Ventures is a highly successful international technology recruitment specialist, headquartered in London with offices in New York City and Romania, and entities in the US, Germany, Netherlands, France, Brazil, and India.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and candidates to generate opportunities and drive recruitment outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed targets through proactive outbound activity and relationship building.
  • Participate in the Next Step Academy training program and pursue fast-tracked career progression.

Qualifications

  • Natural sales skills, excellent communication, confidence, motivation, and being target-driven.
  • University degree isn’t essential.
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
