This is a sales role with significant phone time, focused on technology recruitment across the European and US markets. Next Ventures is a highly successful international technology recruitment specialist, headquartered in London with offices in New York City and Romania, and entities in the US, Germany, Netherlands, France, Brazil, and India.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and candidates to generate opportunities and drive recruitment outcomes.
- Meet or exceed targets through proactive outbound activity and relationship building.
- Participate in the Next Step Academy training program and pursue fast-tracked career progression.
Qualifications
- Natural sales skills, excellent communication, confidence, motivation, and being target-driven.
- University degree isn’t essential.
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
