We require a skilled Procurement Business Analyst to work on a TPRM and Supplier Risk Management project. This is an immediate start role to work in North London/Hertfordshire (must be onsite 2 days per week) and outside IR35.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team to support our Procurement Transformation programme. The programme will be run by a small team of one Project Manager & BAs, supported by SMEs from the business and reporting into the Head of Group Procurement.
The programme aims to:
- Help redesign our Group Procurement Op Model - policy, processes, structure, RACI etc.
- Design and implement Supplier Risk Management - determine which risks are of concern, identify them in the supply chain and design and implement appropriate controls.
- Develop Group wide contract management, including implementing a contracts database - linking up with the legal team, who will be procuring a CLM system.
- Design, develop and implement Group wide procurement data - spend analytics, supplier details.
- Specify, procure and implement a Supplier Risk Management System, Contracts Database and Source to Pay - likely to be extension of current One.
This role will play a critical part in analysing, designing, and implementing the necessary processes and systems improvements. The Business Analyst will work closely with the project team and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the successful delivery of procurement transformation initiatives.
