Our client is a global industry leader and consultancy powerhouse, operating at significant scale across international markets. As part of a major, ongoing finance modernisation programme, they are expanding their Oracle Finance Transformation capability and are seeking an Oracle Managers and Senior Managers with strong experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud Financials.

The role suits an Oracle Finance Manager who thrives in ownership, complexity, and working closely with senior Finance and Technology leaders on high-impact programmes.
As an Oracle Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Oracle Finance transformation programmes or critical workstreams within a global environment
- Delivering solutions across Oracle Cloud Financials / Oracle ERP
- Own core Finance areas, including GL, AP, AR, Intercompany, and Payments
- Partnering with senior Finance and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions
- Lead delivery teams and maintain strong governance, risk, and delivery control across complex programmes
What We’re Looking For from an Oracle Finance Manager:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Finance ( Cloud and/or on-prem )
- Solid functional understanding of end-to-end Finance processes
- Experience leading teams or complex workstreams on Oracle Finance programmes
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Background in consulting or large-scale, enterprise transformation environments
