Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Programme Planner & RAID Lead to support a large-scale Corporate Services Modernisation Programme. The programme is delivering a transformation of Finance, Commercial, HR, Enterprise Architecture, Technical Delivery, and Shared Services Operating Model capabilities through the implementation of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM technologies. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring deep Oracle Fusion Cloud programme experience, with responsibility for driving integrated planning, dependency management, and RAID governance across multiple workstreams within a complex transformation environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud workstreams.
- Develop detailed MS Project plans from inception, ensuring alignment across programme, workstream, and supplier delivery activities.
- Identify, manage, and track cross-workstream dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and delivery risks.
- Lead RAID management activities, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are actively managed and escalated where required.
- Support workstream leads and programme directors in breaking down complex delivery activities into structured work packages and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between programme plans, workstream plans, and JIRA structures.
- Drive planning discipline and governance across internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers.
- Produce programme reporting, planning updates, dependency analysis, and governance documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Support programme leadership with delivery forecasting, schedule optimisation, and recovery planning where required.
- Facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder discussions to maintain programme alignment and delivery momentum.
- Work closely with programme leadership to ensure planning, RAID management, and governance processes support successful programme delivery.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification.
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex ERP-enabled transformation programmes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programmes.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes with annual budgets exceeding £25 million.
- Strong experience gained within Oracle Fusion Cloud System Integrator environments.
- Extensive experience developing and managing complex MS Project plans from a zero-base.
- Advanced MS Project planning skills and strong experience using JIRA within large transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies and end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
- Proven experience managing programme dependencies, critical paths, and integrated delivery schedules.
- Significant hands-on RAID management experience within complex Oracle transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience operating across large and complex delivery organisations.
- Strong communication and reporting skills with experience supporting programme boards, sponsors, and senior leadership teams.
- Ability to work independently within fast-paced and complex programme environments.

- Experience supporting ERP-enabled shared services transformations.
- Experience working within complex third-party supplier and system integrator environments.
- Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and governance frameworks.
