We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join a key transformation programme. The successful candidate will possess strong functional expertise across Oracle HCM, combined with exceptional consulting and stakeholder management skills. This role will involve working closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions, provide strategic guidance, and support the successful implementation and optimisation of Oracle HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle HCM implementation and enhancement activities.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Provide functional expertise and best‑practice guidance across Oracle HCM modules.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM solutions in line with business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to business users where required.
