Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation Lead to support a major global Oracle Cloud programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance transformation.
- Define and drive the Finance Target Operating Model.
- Ensure all design decisions align with business outcomes and value realisation.
- Carry Phase 1 decisions, artefacts, and governance into Phase 2 delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and the programme leadership team.
- Provide strategic oversight across business and solution workstreams.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global Oracle Fusion Finance transformations.
- Strong background in Finance operating model design and business transformation.
- Executive-level stakeholder management and programme leadership.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and large-scale ERP implementations.
This is a senior leadership role for a consultant who can bridge business transformation and Oracle Fusion delivery while ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.
