Description:
- Lead and guide Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll design, promoting “adopt not adapt” principles.
- Challenge and assure SI partner designs to meet Council goals and quality standards.
- Develop and manage the HR/Payroll workstream plan aligned with the overall programme.
- Engage SMEs and stakeholders to ensure input, understanding, and informed decisions.
- Provide expert support on design, data migration, integrations, and cross-functional areas.
Project:
- Transformation replacing legacy HR, Payroll, Finance & Procurement with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Focus on efficiency, user experience, and financial savings.
- Mobilisation and design phases from Nov 2025 to Jul 2026.
- Working with SI Partner under hybrid on-site model.
- HCM & Payroll Lead to drive design quality, best practice, and delivery.
