In this leadership role, you’ll guide a talented team of specialists in transforming ERP operations, primarily using Oracle technology. You will focus on achieving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and robust system design. From enhancing Oracle configurations to overseeing quality control and providing strategic insights, you’ll be central to our ERP ecosystem. Your technical and functional mastery—particularly in multi-entity and multi-currency Oracle ERP and HCM systems—will be essential.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with global process owners to advise and educate on ERP best practices.
- Designing and implementing a forward-thinking Oracle ERP Cloud architecture aligned with transformation goals.
- Offering strategic financial and system insights to senior leadership.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a cross-functional team of ERP experts.
- Managing ERP initiatives through short- and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Overseeing service reliability, ensuring ERP systems meet required uptime, performance, and support standards.
- Coordinating application support resources to maintain business continuity.
- Tracking and resolving ERP support requests in line with service level agreements.
- Reviewing ERP-related change requests for technical and business impact.
- Maintaining and evolving the Finance Systems Playbook to support efficient change management and system support.
