NV are urgently looking for an Oracle Cloud CX solution architect for a new contract role.
6 month contract, likely to extend and need approx 2 days per week onsite in Reading.
Oracle Sales Cloud CX solution architect responsibilities include:
- Solution Architecture, Design and Documentation: Lead the architecture and the to-be design of Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM and CPQ), propose scalable solution design options to fit the future releases and enhancements. Have implemented Oracle CX / Sales cloud multiple times and is well versed with CRM / CPQ configurations. Strong understanding of industry best practices, data models and CX lifecycle. Develop scalable and sustainable architectures that meet business requirements and IT standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals. Write & validate high level solution design and the low-level solution design. Support peer to peer review of the HLD & LLD documentation.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development lifecycle. Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices and optimal design approaches.
- Integration and Deployment: Architect seamless integrations with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems. Oversee deployment strategies to ensure successful E2E implementation and client satisfaction.
