About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Oracle Cloud ERP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Finance Systems team. This is a business-facing, process-focused role where you will act as a key liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT, driving the effective use of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, optimising finance processes, and ensuring Oracle Cloud ERP delivers maximum value across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Procurement-to-Pay).
- Support business process design, standardisation, and optimisation in line with best practices.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on solution delivery.
- Configure Oracle ERP Financials modules where appropriate.
- Support testing cycles – including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Provide training, guidance, and knowledge transfer to business users.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and work with Oracle Support where needed.
- Maintain strong governance, controls, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
- Strong knowledge of at least two of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Procurement.
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and build trusted business relationships.
- Skilled in writing functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Understanding of finance processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
