OIC Developer – Contract – INSIDE IR35
Next Ventures is seeking an experienced OIC Developer to join our client, delivering integration solutions for a global customer within the banking sector.
Start Date: March
Location: London
Duration: 6 Months + Extensions
Rate: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including orchestrations, mappings, adapters, and integrations.
Build and maintain REST/SOAP services and event-driven integrations.
Integrate Oracle Cloud and on-premise applications, including ERP, CRM, and core banking platforms.
Develop and manage file-based, API-based, and real-time integrations.
Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement secure integrations aligned with banking regulatory and security standards.
Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
Provide post-implementation support and performance optimisation.
Produce high-quality technical documentation.
Experience:
Proven hands-on development experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Strong experience in integration design patterns and middleware concepts.
Experience working within financial services or banking environments.
Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, and Web Services.
Experience with Oracle SaaS applications (ERP/HCM/CRM) integrations.
Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SSL, encryption standards).
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
Strong stakeholder management and consultancy experience.
Ability to work in hybrid environments with London-based client presence.
