Next Ventures are urgently looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll specialist for a new project in the North West of England.
NOTE: INSIDE IR35
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid/Remote options as required)
Contract Duration: 9–12 months (starting 1 October [Year])
Engagement: Contract / Freelance / Outside IR35 (as applicable)
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including:
- CoreHR
- Payroll
- Performance Management
- Learning and Development
- Career Development
- Talent Management
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Functional experience.
- Proven expertise in at least three of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Performance, Learning & Development, Career Development, Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of UK HR processes, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience: requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to write functional design documents and collaborate with developers on RICEW components.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s).
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and fast formulas.
- Prior experience with UK-based or EMEA multi-country implementations.
