Next Ventures are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Business System Analyst that will serve as the primary support and champion of the Dynamics 365 platform within the company. This person will support the D365 CRM, specification, UAT, change requests, and the adoption of the platform.
This is a full time, permanent position offering hybrid work conditions, required only 1 day a week onsite at the office in Bracknell.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Partnering with internal teams to document system requests.
- Building prototypes/proof of concepts as needed.
- Recommending effective operational solutions.
- Navigating a high-growth environment that requires adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Working with change processes.
- Partnering closely with internal teams.
Requirements for candidate:
- Previous experience as a Business System Analyst with CRM and Microsoft Dynamics.
- CRM Business Analyst experience.
- Experience in UAT.
- Excellent communication skills.
