We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Lead to join a growing transformation team. This is a strategic advisory role for a senior finance professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to both client stakeholders and programme leadership teams. The successful candidate will combine deep Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise with strong business and finance transformation experience, helping organisations maximise the value of their ERP investments and drive business change.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Finance SME and trusted advisor for Oracle Fusion ERP programmes and transformation initiatives.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, finance leadership teams, and programme sponsors to shape ERP strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Provide guidance on finance operating models, business processes, controls, governance, and best practices.
- Lead workshops to challenge and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Advise clients on Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities and industry‑leading finance processes.
- Support ERP transformation programmes throughout the project lifecycle, from strategy and design through to deployment and optimisation.
- Drive adoption of standard Oracle Fusion functionality wherever possible.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of finance transformation objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support executive‑level reporting, programme governance, and decision‑making activities.
- 10–15 years of ERP transformation and finance systems experience.
- Extensive Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise, with a strong understanding of finance processes and best practices.
- Proven experience acting as a Finance Lead, Finance SME, or Strategic Advisor on large‑scale ERP programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and executive teams.
- Experience leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to translate business objectives into practical ERP and operating model solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience within Insurance, Banking, or broader Financial Services environments.
- Previous consulting or advisory experience.
- Exposure to multi‑country or large‑scale transformation programmes.
- Experience across wider Oracle Fusion modules and integrated business processes.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
- Credible advisor capable of engaging confidently with CFOs, Finance Directors, and programme leadership.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

- Comfortable operating in both strategic and delivery‑focused environments.
- Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
