We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional to join a growing team delivering large-scale SAP transformation programmes across a range of industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex S/4HANA implementations, helping organisations optimise their asset management, maintenance, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP-enabled transformation programmes with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management and Manufacturing.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and define future-state processes.
- Drive solution design and functional architecture aligned to business objectives and industry best practices.
- Configure and deliver SAP EAM solutions, ensuring alignment with project standards and methodologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
- Support pre-sales, discovery, and proposal activities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering SAP EAM implementations within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EAM/PM and related maintenance processes.
- Experience delivering Greenfield and Brownfield SAP transformation programmes.
- Expertise in S/4HANA implementations and end-to-end project delivery.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and driving design decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
- Understanding of integration across SAP modules such as PP, PS, MM, EWM, FICO, and related solutions.
- Experience with data migration, testing, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable Experience
- SAP certifications in Enterprise Asset Management or related functional areas.
- Experience with Asset Performance Management, mobile maintenance solutions, or intelligent asset management technologies.
- Manufacturing or maintenance operations experience gained within industry.
- Exposure to integrating SAP with external enterprise applications and shop-floor systems.
