The predicted salary is between 70000 - 90000 £ per year.

You will specialise in SAP Manufacturing, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), and Quality Management (QM). In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead large-scale supply chain transformation programmes, guiding clients from strategy through implementation while overseeing workstream delivery and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Drive SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Production Planning, PPDS, and QM processes, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of end-to-end solutions.
  • Facilitate client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements, translate business processes into SAP-enabled solutions, and support key design decisions aligned to industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of stakeholder engagement and client satisfaction throughout programme delivery.
  • Support business development activities by leading proposals, contributing to sales pursuits, delivering client presentations, and shaping transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop and manage implementation and cutover plans that maximise the value of SAP technologies while mitigating delivery risks.
  • Work with the latest SAP innovations, including AI-enabled and automation-driven capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the growth of the SAP practice through internal capability development, mentoring, and supporting sales and practice-building initiatives.
  • Travel to client locations as required by project demands.

Skills & Professional Experience

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience delivering both Greenfield and Brownfield transformation programmes across Process and Discrete Manufacturing industries.
  • Experience leading Discovery and Prepare phase engagements, including supporting pre-sales and client advisory activities.
  • Strong ability to drive solution and design decisions by presenting relevant options aligned to industry-leading practices.
  • Significant experience developing proposals, bids, and sales propositions focused on supply chain transformation within Manufacturing, including Production Planning, PPDS, and QM.
  • Hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and architecting SAP Production Planning (PP), PPDS, and Quality Management (QM) solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
  • Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA-enabled transformation programmes across Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains, with deep expertise in PP, PPDS, and QM modules and a broader understanding of the S/4HANA Supply Chain landscape.
  • Delivery experience across at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and QM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP modules including PS, FICO, MM, and EWM, with proven experience integrating PLM, SAP S/4HANA, and MES systems.
  • End-to-end knowledge of business processes and the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, implementation, deployment, and documentation.
  • Experience designing and integrating interfaces using RFC, ALE, IDoc, and Web Services, including integration with systems such as Kinaxis, LIMS, and MES, as well as expertise in data migration and cutover planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
