We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in finance processes and hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimisation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure SAP modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
- Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) for end-to-end process integration
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
- Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
- Prepare documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
- In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
- Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
- Ability to write functional specifications for technical developments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
