An experienced, delivery focussed test leader who can build the critical path plan for the forthcoming testing cycles and lead the delivery. SAP experience is extremely desirable but open to all profiles.
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies that significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and addressing business area challenges. Advanced proficiency in SAP Testing is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing, SAP Security Testing, and SAP Change and Test Management is suggested.
