Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECP Business Analyst to support a large-scale HR and payroll transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll SMEs, and technical delivery teams to drive requirements gathering, process improvement, and SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for SAP ECP solutions
  • Work with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes
  • Support functional design workshops and gap analysis activities
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Coordinate with SAP configuration and delivery teams
  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect management
  • Assist with data validation, cutover, and deployment activities
  • Ensure solutions align with payroll compliance and operational needs

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst on SAP HCM / SuccessFactors programmes
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Experience across payroll processes, integrations, and HR operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience with SuccessFactors EC integrations
  • Previous involvement in HR transformation programmes
  • UK payroll knowledge
