We are looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant (180) to join our Oracle / ERP practice in London. You will work closely with one of our top-performing consultants, focusing on delivering high-quality Oracle and ERP freelance professionals into an established portfolio of enterprise clients across Europe. The role will focus on candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement across multiple live projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and wants to build expertise in a strong, high-performing technology market.

Responsibilities
  • Source and engage Oracle and ERP freelance professionals across Europe
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contract technology professionals
  • Deliver qualified candidates into live client roles and key accounts
  • Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and CRM records
  • Stay up to date with market trends and contract rates within the ERP space
Requirements
  • 1–3+ years recruitment experience, ideally in technology or contract markets
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship management skills
