Next Ventures is a high-growth, internationally focused consultancy, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their finance career and keen to build hands-on experience across core accounting functions.
- Process supplier invoices and support Accounts Payable
- Review and process employee expenses and credit cards
- Raise and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Assist with month-end tasks (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
- Maintain accurate records and support finance projects
About You
- Strong interest in a career in accounting/finance
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable using Excel (basic formulas)
- Clear communicator with internal teams and suppliers
- Studying AAT (or willing to) is desirable
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, Sage, Access Financials) is a plus
