Our client, a company based in the food production industry operating across 50+ countries, is looking for a D365FO Finance Localization Expert to support the configuration and maintenance of Danish statutory and tax functionality.
Responsibilities
- Configure Danish finance localization in D365FO (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax)
- Set up VAT, tax codes, XBRL reporting, and Danish statutory reporting requirements
- Implement electronic invoicing and local compliance reporting
- Support and maintain XBRL-based financial reporting processes
- Test, validate, and document system configurations
- Collaborate with finance teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Danish financial regulations and reporting standards
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience with D365FO (or AX 2012)
- Hands-on experience with Danish finance localization and XBRL reporting
- Strong understanding of Danish VAT, statutory reporting, and financial compliance requirements
- Experience with Electronic Reporting (ER) in D365FO
- Familiarity with Danish electronic invoicing standards and regulatory reporting frameworks
- Fluent English; Danish is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Danish Citizen, comfortable going onsite to London when needed during key meetings
