Our Digital Platforms Practice enables business transformation for global firms and recognizable brands through digital ERP solutions. We specialize in devising strategies that improve Finance and Accounting operations, enabling cloud capabilities that support enterprise‐wide decision‐making and operational efficiency.
We are looking for Consulting Account Anchors responsible for the sales and delivery of ERP programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Providing direction to capture and sell integrated transformation solutions within your market segment.
- Trusted Advisor: Engaging with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges and providing guidance on digital platform roadmaps.
- Business Development: Identifying expansion opportunities and managing proactive proposal development with a focus on value propositions and win themes.
- Financial Accountability: Managing consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts (typically overseeing an annual revenue target of approximately 5 million+).
- Operational Excellence: Driving the implementation of solutions into large enterprises, ensuring services are delivered on time, within cost, and on a best‐value basis.
- Mentorship: Guiding the professional growth of subordinate managers through coaching, counseling, and performance development.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Experience in full lifecycle program delivery for major ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Recognized expertise in digital applications and the ability to align functional areas with business requirements.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong sales and closing skills at the Executive and Board levels, with a history of exceeding targets.
- Global Delivery: Experience working with offshore resources and managing matrixed teams.
- Thought Leadership: Ability to create innovative solutions and contribute to industry conferences, forums, and white papers.
