I am urgently looking for a Technical Solution Architect with experience in UKG Pro and Legion WFM for a global roll-out of Workforce Management solutions at a global business.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 12+ Months (Likely to extend)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure WFM Architecture integrates seamlessly into the overall People Planning Solution architecture.
- Lead configurations, implementations, and upgrades of WFM modules in collaboration with 3rd party providers.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Senior-level tech experience with UKG Pro or Legion technologies.
- Multi-country project experience with expertise in WfM Modules such as Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics.
- Personality to challenge and engage high-level stakeholders.
- Minimum of 12 years in IT and business systems, with at least 5 years focused on WfM technologies.
- Certified in WFM with 5+ years of related experience.
- Proven ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative environment.
