We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with a particular focus on Time & Labour processes. The role will support the transition of existing workforce time reporting processes from legacy/internal systems into Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labour.
This position will work closely with operational stakeholders, HR, payroll and project teams across multiple countries to gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, identify gaps and support testing activities. The role would suit someone with strong BA and process mapping skills who has exposure to HR, payroll or workforce management projects. Deep Oracle configuration expertise is not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with process owners, operational stakeholders and payroll teams to understand existing Time & Labour processes and business rules.
- Document current-state processes relating to offshore personnel time reporting and workforce management activities.
- Support the translation of existing business rules and requirements into future-state Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labour processes.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Oracle T&L functionality, highlighting risks, dependencies and potential solutions.
- Produce clear and structured functional documentation including process maps, requirement documents and stakeholder summaries.
- Support requirement validation activities and assist with the development and execution of SIT/UAT test plans.
- Coordinate with project workstreams including HR, payroll, integrations and testing teams.
- Work across multiple countries including Norway, Angola, Brazil, UK, Mexico, Nigeria and GCC regions, ensuring local requirements are captured appropriately.
- Support project delivery timelines by proactively managing actions, dependencies and stakeholder inputs.
- Communicate effectively with international teams where English may be a second language.
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst within HRIS, HCM, payroll or workforce management projects.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting Time & Labour, workforce management or payroll-related transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and engage confidently with stakeholders at varying levels.
- Experience supporting testing activities including SIT/UAT preparation and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labour or Oracle OTL.
- Experience working within offshore, energy, engineering or global workforce environments.
- Understanding of complex workforce scheduling, rotations, overtime or allowance rules.
- Experience supporting multi-country or global HR/payroll implementations.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and downstream payroll impacts of Time & Labour rules.
