Are you a seasoned D365 expert looking to lead the design and implementation of a global Dynamics 365 solution? This pivotal role offers the chance to influence technology strategy and collaborate with teams across multiple regions, driving digital transformation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- D365 Solution Architecture Leadership: Define and implement the Dynamics 365 architecture to align with global IT strategies and business requirements. Develop and maintain medium and long-term technology roadmaps for D365 across multiple regions. Collaborate with product teams and strategic technology partners to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with global process owners and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for digital transformation and process improvements. Ensure smooth integration of D365 into the broader IT ecosystem and business operations. Partner with security, privacy, and governance teams to ensure compliance with global data protection standards.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Establish a framework for scalable, robust, and compliant D365 solutions across business, data, application, and technology domains. Lead and guide architecture and design teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery at each stage of the project lifecycle. Provide expert advice and leadership throughout the stages of business process analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and explore innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate and demonstrate the value of new technologies in collaboration with the D365 team.
- Global Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and lead teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Foster collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar IT leadership role, preferably within a global organization.
- D365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O), with experience in large-scale implementations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong vision for how technology can drive business transformation and achieve long-term goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with both business and IT teams, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
- Global Exposure: Experience working in diverse, international environments with an understanding of core business domains (e.g., Finance, Retail, Supply Chain).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus).
