  • SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Utilities Team – Multiple Contract Opportunities (Glasgow)
  • Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP professionals to join a major SAP S/4HANA Brownfield transformation programme within the Utilities sector.

Successful candidates will work on-site in Glasgow as part of an integrated delivery team, collaborating closely with both the customer and SIteams.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale enterprise transformation, bringing specialist technical expertise to a complex brownfield implementation.

  • We are looking for a mix of technical leadership and development expertise, including:

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership across the SAP S/4HANA Brownfield implementation.
  • Guide technical design, development, and integration activities.
  • Collaborate with customer and delivery teams to ensure technical quality and alignment.
  • Mentor development teams and provide oversight on best practices.

Essential experience

  • Strong SAP S/4HANA technical leadership experience.
  • Proven delivery of Brownfield SAP transformation projects within the Utilities industry.
  • Experience with ECC Brownfield programmes will also be considered.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • SAP Developers (Senior and Mid-Level)

We are seeking experienced SAP developers with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • ABAP
  • CDS Views
  • RICEF Objects
  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • SAP Master Data

Essential experience

  • Experience developing solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Proven involvement in Brownfield SAP implementations.
  • Utilities industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively within integrated customer and delivery teams.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven Brownfield SAP implementation experience (S/4HANA preferred; ECC Brownfield experience also considered).
  • Utilities industry experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Glasgow.
  • Strong collaborative approach and experience working within multi-vendor delivery teams.
