My client is currently seeking an experienced Fusion HCM Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent or contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, and a passion for delivering exceptional user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Absence, Core HR, and Benefits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, working closely with functional and technical teams.
- Assist in the testing of updates, patches, and new functionalities in Fusion HCM.
- Work with business users to identify requirements and optimize existing workflows.
- Document and communicate issues and solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams for system upgrades, patches, and new functionality implementations.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including various modules such as Payroll, Absence, and Core HR.
- Good understanding of HCM business processes.
- Experience with system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.
