Looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Business System Analyst. We are seeking a dynamic Business System Analyst for a permanent hybrid role based in Bracknell. In this role, you will support the D365 CRM system, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), manage change requests, and drive platform adoption. Collaborating with internal teams, you will document system needs, create prototypes and proof of concepts, and recommend effective operational solutions. This position requires navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment while adapting to changing priorities and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements as user stories in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to convert requirements into operational solutions.
- Create business process models to identify enhancements and gaps.
- Facilitate planning sessions to prioritize and schedule tasks, managing the product backlog in DevOps.
- Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements against business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and validation sessions to refine requirements.
- Oversee UAT processes and collaborate with technical teams for testing and impact assessments.
- Prepare project documentation, including user stories with acceptance criteria and meeting notes.
- Provide end-user training and adhere to change control protocols in daily activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business System Analyst preferably with CRM and Microsoft Dynamics.
- CRM Business Analyst experience.
- Technical document writing for CRM requirements/specification.
- Experience in UAT.
- Demonstrated flexibility and a proactive mindset to readily engage in other activities as desired to enhance team objectives and overall organizational success.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
