Role: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement customizations and extensions within the D365 F&O platform using X++.
- Focus on enhancing core financial modules, including journal processing, transaction validation, and posting logic.
- Optimize system performance, specifically for high-volume data and complex financial transaction processing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on system integrations and technical design.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and debug complex problems across the ERP.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support development, testing, and cloud deployment efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional development experience specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Expertise in X++ programming, data entities (like those for journals), and extending standard D365 functionality.
- Demonstrated experience in customizing the General Ledger and processes involving financial dimensions and intercompany transactions.
- Proficiency with the D365 development ecosystem, including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), and LCS.
- Strong understanding of data migration (DMF), integration patterns (OData), and robust error handling.
- Familiarity with D365 security, reporting (SSRS), and experience developing or consuming Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience in performance tuning, managing large ERP datasets, and participating in code reviews/version control.
