A leading professional services firm in London is looking for a hands-on Cloud Platform Engineer to support its business-critical applications and infrastructure. You’ll work with the Cloud Manager to keep platforms stable, fix complex issues and support upgrades, with a focus on legal technology: iManage, Aderant and Intapp.
What you’ll do
- Provide 3rd line support for enterprise and legal applications, finding and fixing root causes
- Support upgrades, patching, releases and production deployments
- Troubleshoot SQL Server, integration and performance issues
- Look after Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure services
- Work within ITIL incident, problem and change processes
- Automate routine tasks and improve monitoring, using PowerShell and similar tools
- Support security, access controls and documentation
What you’ll need
- Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications and their infrastructure
- Practical experience with iManage, Aderant and/or Intapp
- Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS and certificates
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment
- The ability to work independently and become productive quickly
