Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Lead for an 8-month contract to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ECP solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure a successful delivery aligned with business requirements and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional matters related to ECP
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver payroll solutions across regions
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and manage functional documentation
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live support
