Programme Context: Multi-entity, multi-country implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with extensive integrations to Azure services, Power Platform, and external systems; governed by a structured PMO.
Role Overview: You will lead end-to-end delivery for one or more D365 F&O workstreams across finance and supply chain. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams solution architects, developers, functional consultants, data specialists, and integration experts to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and quality within a highly integrated enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & PMO Governance: Own planning, RAID management, and stage‑gates within a structured PMO framework.
- Scope & Change Control: Manage backlog, scope, CRs, and impact assessments across D365 F&O features, integrations, and data migration.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate architects, X++ developers, and functional consultants to deliver high‑quality increments.
- Environment & Deployment Planning: Oversee environment usage, deployment schedules, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Data Migration Oversight: Drive mapping, transformation, validation cycles, and cutover rehearsals across multinational entities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate clearly with global business and IT leaders and produce executive‑ready updates.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify cross-workstream dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
Required Experience
- ~5+ years managing ERP or enterprise application programmes.
- ~3+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics (F&O / AX) or equivalent tier‑1 ERP implementations in international environments.
- ~Proven delivery experience across multi‑country, multi‑entity transformation programmes with strong PMO/SDLC discipline.
- ~Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, releases) and integration/data migration lifecycles (APIs, OData, Data Entities, batch jobs).
- ~Ability to manage fully remote teams across time zones.
- ~Excellent communication skills in English.
