We are seeking a Senior SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Gather and analyse business requirements; translate them into functional payroll solutions
- Configure and customise payroll schemas, rules, and wage types
- Integrate Employee Central with ECP and other SAP modules (FI, Time Management, Benefits, etc.)
- Support payroll testing cycles, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide ongoing production support
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project milestones
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with SAP Payroll, including configuration and support
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, wage types, schemas, and rules
- Experience integrating SAP Payroll/ECP with Employee Central
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
