We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated
Service Manager to lead our services, ensuring high-quality support and operational excellence.
This role will primarily be based in our East Midlands office but will at times require travelling to our services in the Northants area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality support, compliance with policies, and person-centred planning.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and local authority standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, key stakeholders, and professionals.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide hands-on support when needed.
Key Skills & Experience
- A minimum of two years' management experience in the care sector.
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism.
- A relevant qualification (e. g., NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care) is desirable.
- Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
- A strong role model, demonstrating approachability, consistency, and excellent leadership.
