The Role
As VP/SVP, you will lead the full headhunting lifecycle, manage high-value client relationships, and develop profit streams within one of our specialised search practices. You will work closely with founders and advisors to execute strategic search mandates and play a key role in shaping the companys growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Acquisition: Engage and attract senior passive candidates across clean energy, energy infrastructure, or sustainable finance markets.
Client Origination: Build new business, nurture existing relationships, and execute client acquisition strategies.
Search Execution: Lead high-quality retained search processes and deliver exceptional results to clients.
Deal Execution: Structure and negotiate complex recruitment deals.
Leadership: Mentor peers and lead team performance, training, and development.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the leadership team to refine market approaches and sales strategies.
